All the further details about order such as the shipping, payment, production lead time, custom geometry etc will be continued by email.

Warranty

Each Druid frame has a 4 year warranty which covers any material and construction failures for the first owner. The original invoice must be delivered with the warranty claimed frame. Druid does not cover the cost of third party components, bike shop service including disassembly of the bicycle.
Druid, when replacing any parts of the frame has a right to use replacements that differ in colour or come from newer models if the exact parts are not available

The following cases invalidate
the warranty:

Frame used not according with specification.
Frame deformation such as dents, scratches and others. These cases can be covered in the crash replacement program.
Using components which don’t fit with the technical specification of the frame.
Any modifications made to the construction of the frame make the warranty invalid.
Paint is not included in the warranty .
Crash, lack of service and natural wear and corrosion exclude the warranty.

Crash replacement

Each Druid frame has a crash replacement program which gives the opportunity to replace any damaged part of the frame. If You had an accident and the frame needs repair or part replacement please send us an email with pictures of the damage and a short description of what happened. This way we can offer service which will make sure Your frame will be safe again to ride and offer replacement parts with a special discount. The damaged parts after receiving the replacements need to be sent back to us. All the replacement parts should be assembled by a professional bike shop.

Frame service

We offer frame service which includes services such as bearing, bolts or seal replacements, disassembly of the frame, cleaning, new assembly. If You would like to give Your Druid frame a new life, please contact us by email for further informations.

Cooperation

We are open to working with shops ready for assembling custom bikes built on Druid frame under special terms and conditions. We also are open to working with riders, bloggers and other bike enthusiast’s that would like to spread the word about us on social media and other medias.
